The hotel is located near the center. Close to the Colosseum, the train station and the subway. There are many cafes and grocery stores nearby. Nice bed.
The room is stuffy and humid. Breakfast is not the best one, but you won't be hungry. It's hard to find a hotel

+ very tasty breakfast, they serve it at the desired time directly in the room + location + interior
- Although the description says that the bathroom is en suite, I had to go all along the corridor and lock/unlock it all the time - it is poorly heated, there is no reception desk

That was ideal hotel set in very vibrant area, just off Coliseum. Central location was a plus. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake. The room was decent size and well heated with a bathroom, and I slept very well.

Great location near the Colosseum and other attractions. Easy access to city scooters for affordable transportation. Restaurants within walking distance. Excellent communication with John, the host. 5-minute walk to Cavour metro station. Mini market at the bottom of the street. Comfy bed. Pretty rear external door and plants.
Felt looked after, nothing to complain about.

I was pleased with the convenient location close to major attractions like the Colosseum and Roman Forum, as well as the nearby option of Art Caffe Cavour for lunch.
